About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Licensed Customer Service and Sales Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for promoting our insurance and travel products to our members, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-level support services to members related to sales and service functions, including servicing insurance policies, processing applications, renewals, and amendments, and selling travel and membership products.
- Generate leads, update members on travel and insurance specials, and provide travel information.
- Provide cashiering services to members, including taking insurance payments, travel, and membership payments, and processing remittance/depository transfers.
- Respond to customer inquiries and refer to agents when necessary.
- Provide administrative support to Travel and Insurance Agents during peak periods.
- Conduct outbound promotional calls for insurance and/or travel products.
- Participate in a team environment to promote customer satisfaction and consistent service following the customer service model.
- Resolve member/customer complaints and seek assistance from management as necessary.
- Participate in office events to generate revenue, improve member awareness of products, and support local community activities.
As a Licensed Customer Service and Sales Representative with The Auto Club Group, you will enjoy a competitive hourly wage of $15.58-$24.24, with additional incentives and an annual bonus potential based on performance. You will also receive excellent and comprehensive benefits packages, including medical, dental, and vision benefits, 401k match, paid parental leave, and more.
Requirements- Active State Property & Casualty License or ability to attain within 90 days of start date.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Providing a high level of customer-focused service, servicing insurance policies, processing applications, renewals, and amendments, and selling travel and membership products.

This is an in-office position, and employees will service ACG members in-person and be based on-site in an ACG branch facility.
