This position is an in-office role focused on Reception and Staffing.

We are seeking a Candidate Experience Specialist who will ensure a standardized and exceptional experience for candidates, making the hiring process seamless and user-friendly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee applicants during the post-offer phase for a designated area, facilitating their progression through the onboarding process.
  • Coordinate Onboarding and New Employee Orientation (NEO) for new hires by reviewing completed background checks and their statuses in the Applicant Tracking System.
  • Communicate with candidates via phone, text, and email to confirm their availability for Orientation and send confirmation details.
  • Monitor applicant statuses and ensure timely movement through the onboarding phases.
  • Update the Applicant Tracking System once applicants are scheduled for NEO.
  • Assist in transitioning new hires to On-the-Job Training (OJT) by providing necessary work schedules and liaising with site managers.
  • Perform the essential duties of the Onboarding Specialist in their absence.
Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in a professional administrative setting.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Capable of handling stressful situations with professionalism.
  • Strong management skills; able to coordinate with diverse team members effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and office management technology.
  • Ability to take initiative and prioritize competing assignments efficiently.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • College degree in business, human resources, or a related field.
  • Experience in human resources or recruiting.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Experience with Human Resources Information Systems.
  • Knowledge of business intelligence tools.
