Procurement Director

As a key member of the Procurement department, you will be responsible for leading the sourcing process, managing supplier relationships, and driving supplier quality and commodity management. You will serve as the primary point of contact for the Distribution and Manufacturing teams, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to optimize procurement processes and drive cost savings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate supply chain risks.
- Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure procurement performance and drive continuous improvement.
- Provide business acumen and analytical skills to inform procurement decisions and drive business growth.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, with 5+ years of management responsibility.
- 4-year degree in supply chain, business, or engineering, with a master's degree preferred.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience in data analysis and business intelligence tools.
- Demonstrated ability to lead across organizational boundaries and develop team members to the next level of capability.
- Collaborative approach to achieving objectives and building value from supplier relationships.
