Chief Product Officer

Get Well is seeking a seasoned product leader to drive the development and implementation of our strategic product vision. As Chief Product Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and scaling for revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Partner with the CEO and COO to lead the development and implementation of Get Well's strategic product vision.
- Conduct market and customer assessments to analyze buyers and users, define value propositions, and develop high-value use cases.
- Design and deliver revolutionary user experiences and intuitive interfaces to enhance customer adoption and drive high-performing products.
- Develop pricing models and GTM models for successful product launches.
- Demonstrate a commitment to customer success, satisfaction, and retention through continuous improvement.
- Apply the latest AI technologies and collaborate with engineering teams to build disruptive AI products.
- Work in collaboration with technology and data teams to implement data strategies and AI-driven insights into usable and intuitive products.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or AI.
- 7-10+ years of experience in product management owning the entire product lifecycle.
- Domain knowledge within the health tech space and broad understanding of payers and providers.
- Proven track record of developing software used by patients and clinicians.
- Hands-on experience in developing solutions within the context of Electronic Health Record (EHR) workflows.
- Knowledge and experience of how to leverage large sets of data and commercialize.
- Eagerness to embrace challenges and a fire in the belly mentality.
- Deep passion for cutting-edge AI and its diverse use cases.
- Technical acumen to effectively communicate and understand concepts within engineering teams.
Compensation will be highly competitive and dependent upon many factors including, but not limited to, education, experience, and skills. The estimated pay scale for this position is between $275,000 and $325,000 in base salary, plus bonus potential.
