This role requires a strong understanding of our solutions and the ability to effectively communicate their value to educators. You'll assist the local sales team with prospecting activities, conduct product demonstrations, and maintain relationships with educators in pilot programs and strategic accounts.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting the sales team with prospecting activities, including site visits and local events
  • Maintaining relationships with educators in pilot programs and strategic accounts
  • Conducting product demonstrations and showcasing the value and effectiveness of Great Minds products
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and service delivery

Qualifications include:

  • 5+ years of experience in districts, preferably in district leadership roles
  • Strong understanding of HQIM and RBIS preferred
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and customer-centric skills to build trust with connections within state of Texas education influencers
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, while maintaining attention to detail and follow-through
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new concepts, staying informed of education trends and policies
  • Results-oriented with a focus on achieving goals and completing tasks
  • Effective decision-making, ownership, and accountability
  • Proficient in Outlook, Salesforce, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and MS365

Required education includes a Bachelor's degree.

The expected salary range for this position is $30-$35 per hour, however the offered salary may be higher or lower than the above range dependent on numerous factors including, but not limited to location, work experience, skills and internal equity considerations.
