Key Responsibilities
  • Support the implementation of treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Clinician.
  • Work with clients and their family/caregivers to achieve in-home therapy goals and improve their ability to provide effective support.
  • Collaborate with the Clinician to develop and implement strategies to address behavioral needs and promote successful functioning in the home and community.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a Human Services field.
  • Minimum one year of experience working with children, youth, and families.
  • Experience working with children diagnosed with behavioral-emotional disorders or children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
  • Valid driver's license with reliable and consistent access to a car.
Benefits
  • Competitive salary range: $42,000 - $52,000.
  • Incentive rate: $40/hour over productivity.
