Nothing Bundt Cakes is seeking a skilled Guest Services Representative to create a warm and welcoming environment for our guests. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting our delicious cakes, and maintaining a clean and organized bakery presentation.

Key Responsibilities- Promptly greet walk-in and phone guests with genuine warmth and helpful enthusiasm to determine their interests and needs.
- Maintain strong product knowledge to educate guests on Nothing Bundt Cakes cake distinction, size, and flavor profile options, pricing, special promotions, and complementary retail merchandise.
- Suggest additional merchandise, such as balloons, candles, and cards, to complete unique celebrations.
- Process guest orders efficiently and accurately utilizing the point-of-sale system and invite guests to join the Nothing Bundt Cakes Email Club to benefit from special promotions and stay connected.
- You must be 16 years of age or older.
- No formal education or work experience is required, but previous guest service experience at a bakery, restaurant, or retail store is a plus.
The estimated salary for this position is $15.00-$18.00 per hour, depending on location and experience.
