- Document client progress and treatment outcomes in a timely and accurate manner.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and continuity.
- Provide crisis intervention and milieu management to ensure a safe and supportive environment for clients.
- LCSW, LICSW, or LMHC licensure.
- Master's degree in Social Work, counseling, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
