The East Side Surgery Center is seeking a highly skilled and experienced RN Team Leader to join our team. As a RN Team Leader, you will be responsible for providing leadership, clinical expertise, and functional direction to other members of the healthcare team in Pre/Post Operative and Operating Room.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical leadership and guidance to the healthcare team in Pre/Post Operative and Operating Room.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Recruit, train, and develop staff to ensure a skilled and competent team.
- Manage and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the Pre/Post Operative and Operating Room.
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in surgery, preferably in a leadership role.
- Current RN licensure, preferably in the state of employment.
