Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Herbicide Specialist to join our team at Petroleum Resources and Development, Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for applying herbicides to invasive species plants and shrubs at MacDill Air Force Base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Apply herbicides from a backpack sprayer or 4-wheel ATV to control invasive species.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on safety and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with our team to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on the latest techniques and technologies.

Requirements:

  • Pesticide Applicators license and "Natural Areas" certificate.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues.
  • Physical stamina to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment.
