Your Key Responsibilities
  • Hire and Retain Top Talent: Attract and hire qualified team members, ensuring a minimal level of employee turnover.
  • Lead and Develop Your Team: Direct, mentor, and oversee all imaging center and department team members, setting clear expectations and monitoring performance.
  • Ensure Safety and Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA regulations, RadNet practices, and safety protocols.
  • Drive Business Growth: Actively promote, recommend, and seek out new business opportunities for the imaging center and organization.
  • Develop and Analyze Performance: Prepare operating budgets, analyze performance, and oversee the overall financial performance of the center/department.
  • Stay Ahead of the Curve: Demonstrate a high level of competency, ensuring team members safeguard patient property and Patient Health Information.
  • Manage Medications and Assets: Safeguard on-site medications, following Company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
  • Lead by Example: Demonstrate professional behavior, respect for company property, and a high level of respect for patient boundaries and cultural sensitivities.
  • Communicate Effectively: Interact diplomatically and sympathetically with patients, their families, and the public in a clinical setting.
  • Foster a Collaborative Environment: Demonstrate behavior that fosters an environment that is nurturing and ensures cooperative and collaborative working relationships.

Requirements
  • Excellent Management Skills: Possess excellent management skills, including sales and customer service, public relations, time management, clerical skills, bookkeeping, and strong written and verbal communications skills.
  • Attention to Detail: Be detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to interact effectively with doctors, patients, vendors, peers, staff, and management.
  • Previous Experience: Have previous experience at a similar volume medical facility, with technical experience in imaging a strong plus.
  • Communication Skills: Possess the ability to communicate clearly and effectively through verbal and written communication.
  • Knowledge of Regulations: Have knowledge of state and federal health and safety regulations.
  • Computer Skills: Possess general computer skills and Microsoft Office knowledge.
  • Education: A four-year degree in business administration or healthcare administration, or six plus years of experience in the radiology service industry and/or management experience is preferable.
