Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top legal talent, including lateral associate recruiting, student recruiting, and summer associate programs.

Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree required.
  • Experience: 2-6 years of recruiting experience, with a minimum of 1 year of large law firm attorney recruiting experience or law school career services experience.
  • Skills: Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with applicant tracking systems.
  • Personal Qualities: Highly motivated, creative, and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and under deadline pressure.
