We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Avera Behavioral Health Center. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care to children and adolescents in our Adolescent and Child Units.

Responsibilities- Provide individualized care to children and adolescents with various mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety disorders, ADHD, and addiction.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans that promote healthy coping skills and goal achievement.
- Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment that requires critical thinking and autonomous professional nursing practice.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance your skills and knowledge in child and adolescent mental health.

To be considered for this role, you must:
- Be licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of South Dakota or meet the requirements of multi-state licensure.
- Have a Bachelor's degree in nursing or be a graduate from a CCNE or NLN accredited nursing program.
- Have experience working with children and adolescents, preferably in a mental health setting.
