Key Responsibilities:
  • Install, Add, or Replace HVAC Systems: Ensure seamless installation, addition, or replacement of HVAC systems in residential homes, adhering to industry standards and company guidelines.
  • Teach and Instruct Install Helpers: Provide on-the-job training and guidance to Install Helpers, promoting a culture of knowledge sharing and skill development.
  • Deliver Exceptional Customer Experience: Foster strong relationships with homeowners, effectively communicating and resolving any issues that may arise.
Requirements:
  • Great Attitude and Dedication to Quality Work: Demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering high-quality work and maintaining a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer Service Orientation: Prioritize customer satisfaction, ensuring that every interaction is professional, courteous, and respectful.
  • Effective Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Develop and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, supervisors, and customers, navigating diverse personalities and situations with ease.
  • Adaptability, Flexibility, and Innovation: Embrace change, think critically, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Strong Troubleshooting and Critical Thinking Skills: Analyze complex problems, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions to ensure seamless system operation.
  • EPA Certification and Valid Driver's License: Possess current EPA certification and a valid driver's license with at least three years of driving experience.
  • 2+ Years of HVAC Installation Experience: Bring a minimum of two years of experience in HVAC installation, preferably in the residential market, to the role.
