Job Description


We are seeking an experienced Environmental Health and Safety Specialist to join our team.


The successful candidate will be responsible for managing EHS programs and protocols, including writing permits, leading safety training seminars, workplace safety incident responses, and preparation of audits.


We are looking for a highly adaptable and team-oriented individual who is able to handle things in a collaborative effort.


The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of EHS experience in the manufacturing or construction industry, with a strong background in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.


They will also have excellent communication skills and be able to work onsite in Eden Prairie, MN.


Required Skills and Qualifications


The successful candidate will need to have the following skills and qualifications:



  • 5+ years of EHS experience in the manufacturing or construction industry
  • Ability to write hazardous waste and water permits
  • Ability to edit existing programs and procedures as well as create new ones
  • Bachelor's degree
  • OSHA 10 hour certification
  • 24 hour HAZWOPER/Emergency Spill Response certification
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint background
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Must work onsite in Eden Prairie, MN

Estimated Salary


The estimated salary for this role is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, based on the location and experience required.


However, the actual salary may vary based on a variety of factors, including the candidate's level of experience and qualifications.

  • 40 hour HAZWOPER/Emergency Spill Response certification
  • Additional safety certifications such as OHST, CLCS, STS, ASP, etc.
