Job Title: Product Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Engineer to join our team in Ann Arbor, MI. As a Product Engineer, you will play a critical role in the New Product Introduction process of our reticle defect inspection product line.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a service strategy that encompasses the Product Life Cycle (PLC) for new products to reduce program serviceability risk.
  • Build technical system expertise on assigned subsystems and their diagnostics capabilities.
  • Influence design improvement and submit/track feature requests for diagnostics and serviceability.
  • Collaborate and resolve technical problems during the new product life cycle.
  • Contribute to service alert meetings and Plan of Action (POA) development for critical issues and other sustaining activities.
  • Capture and document Best Known Method (BKM) and other improvements into knowledge databases.
  • Support Alpha and Beta Systems, as well as Retrofit upgrades.
  • Actively manage and support alpha & beta installs in-person by auditing procedures, updating existing documents, identifying training gaps, and solving unforeseen problems as they arise.
Requirements:
  • Master's Level Degree and 0 years related work experience; Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 2 years.
  • Ability to work in clean room environment with clean room gear.
  • Ability to travel domestic & foreign.
