Key Responsibilities- Assist with office and medical procedures, ensuring a smooth and efficient patient experience.
- Process patient referrals to other providers, maintaining accurate records and communication.
- Schedule appointments and manage patient flow, ensuring timely and effective care.
- Work under the direct supervision of the Practice Coordinator, designee, or provider to support secretarial and nursing staff in patient care.
- Provide administrative support, including data entry, medical terminology, and customer service skills.
- High School Diploma/GED or LPN-graduate from an Accredited Practical Nursing Program with current NYS licensure.
- Current certification in CPR and strong computer knowledge required.
- Prefer at least one year of experience in a medical office setting, with knowledge of medical terminology and/or 3rd party insurance process.
As a valued member of our team, you will enjoy a competitive salary range of $23.25-$27.90/hr, based on commensurate experience and qualifications.
