Ayuda Companies is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Site Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our environmental remediation and construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing remediation and construction activities at various project sites across the United States.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee job site personnel and subcontractors engaged in planning and execution of the work.
- Schedule and coordinate various phases of construction to meet project schedules and avoid downtime and delays.
- Ensure all work is in compliance with contract requirements.
- Identify and resolve issues with the work in a timely manner.
- Prepare and/or review reports on progress, materials used, and costs.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience overseeing remediation and/or construction activities.
- 4 years bachelor's degree or associates degree in engineering, construction management, or related field.
- Demonstrate initiative and the ability to problem solve.
- Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner.
- Comfortable in a dynamic environment.
Benefits:
- Competitive salary range: $85,000-$100,000 annual salary, commensurate with experience.
- Paid Per Diem and Lodging.
- Company vehicle provided.
Travel:
- Travel will be required; Full-time travel expected.
