">About the JobThe Mental Health Clinician provides critical support to our residential treatment program by assessing youth and developing targeted treatment plans. This role involves direct treatment and oversight, as well as collaboration with other team members to ensure comprehensive care.
You will work closely with children and families to understand their unique needs and develop strategies to address them. Your expertise will help us create a safe and supportive environment where young people can thrive.
This position requires strong communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment. A Master's degree in a relevant field is essential, along with licensure or eligibility. We value candidates who demonstrate a commitment to family preservation and reunification.
