Job Description: Residential Mental Health Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled Residential Mental Health Practitioner to join our team in Fitchburg, Massachusetts. This is a full-time position located in Fitchburg, Massachusetts and will include occasional community-based travel. Work schedule must accommodate the needs of the youth/family. The estimated salary for this role is $75,000-$95,000 per year.

About the Role:
The successful candidate will provide direct treatment and treatment oversight to youth within a residential treatment program. Key responsibilities include assessing youth to understand their unique needs, developing treatment plans to maximize health outcomes, and providing interventions aimed at preventing and minimizing risk factors in youth. Additionally, the Practitioner will perform routine assessments of progress toward goals, modify treatment planning, and facilitate discharge planning as needed.

Requirements:
The qualified candidate will possess a Master's degree in Human Services, such as psychology, social work, counselling psychology or marriage and family therapy, or closely related field. It is preferred that candidates are Licensed or License eligible. A valid driver's license is also required. Bilingual/bicultural candidates are encouraged to apply.
