Key Responsibilities
  1. Setup and Operation: Configure and operate 4 and 5-axis CNC machinery to manufacture high-quality parts.
  2. Programming Expertise: Minimum of 5 years of experience in CNC programming is required.
  3. Code Interpretation: Ability to read and modify G and M codes effectively.
  4. Optimization Skills: Knowledge of speeds and feeds with a focus on process optimization.
  5. Software Proficiency: Familiarity with Mastercam, Solidworks, Vericut, or similar software tools.
  6. Communication: Capable of collaborating effectively with all members of the shop floor.
  7. Self-Management: Highly organized, self-driven, and attentive to detail.
  8. Tool Proficiency: Skilled in using micrometers, calipers, gauges, and other essential shop instruments.
  9. Physical Capability: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
