The University of Miami Health System is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Clinical Neurology Professor to join our esteemed team in the General Neurology Division. As a key member of our faculty, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care, educating neurology residents and fellows, and conducting research to advance the field of neurology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality clinical care to patients with general neurologic disorders in outpatient settings throughout UHealth.
- Train and mentor neurology residents and fellows to enhance their clinical knowledge and research skills.
- Participate in teaching conferences and contribute to the development of educational programs.
- Conduct research and publish findings to advance the field of neurology.
- Provide coverage on new inpatient services as needed.
Requirements:
- MD or DO degree from a recognized accredited university (or foreign equivalent).
- Neurology board eligibility or certification.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with other employees.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
