Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a safe atmosphere for guests, employees, and vendors.
  • Implement and uphold the Park's Bag Check Policy.
  • Work autonomously or collaboratively to maintain a consistent security presence.
  • Oversee security checkpoints, inspecting bags and individuals entering or exiting the premises.

Qualifications for Success:

  • Ability to manage large crowds and navigate high-pressure scenarios.
  • A strong commitment to customer service excellence.
  • Exceptional multitasking and time management capabilities.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proactive listening skills with the ability to anticipate guest needs.
  • Willingness to perform a variety of tasks as needed.

Additional Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • A high school diploma or GED is required.
  • A valid driver's license is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Ability to act responsibly with a strong focus on safety.
  • Must be capable of lifting, pushing, pulling, or carrying up to 50 lbs.
  • This position involves extensive walking and standing throughout the shift.
  • Physical activities include kneeling, squatting, bending, reaching overhead, and fine motor tasks.
  • Cleaning duties may involve the use of cleaning chemicals.
  • Must adhere to all grooming standards and employment policies.
  • Ability to work in various weather conditions, including extreme heat.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Consistently practice safe work habits and report any unsafe conditions.
  • Complete all required training within designated timelines.
