Job Title: Pediatric Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled Pediatric Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse to join our team at AHS NurseStat. As a Pediatric ICU RN, you will provide specialized care to critically ill children and work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Job Summary:

The Pediatric ICU Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing direct patient care to pediatric patients in the intensive care unit. This includes assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care to pediatric patients in the intensive care unit
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changes in patient condition
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
Requirements:
  • Current RN licensure in the state of California
  • Experience working in a pediatric intensive care unit
  • Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with the healthcare team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
