About the Role:

The Caregiver is a vital member of our team at Encore Communities, responsible for providing exceptional care and support to our residents. As a Caregiver, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact in the lives of our residents and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide routine daily nursing care and services to residents in accordance with their individual care plans.
  • Assist residents with daily needs, including preparation for activities and social programs, and transportation to and from appointments.
  • Ensure resident rooms are ready for receiving and make guests comfortable.
  • Assist residents with hygiene activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Monitor and report any changes in resident condition to the Director of Nursing.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid CPR/First aid certification.
  • Fingerprinting clearance card.
  • 1 year of experience in a care-giving role (preferred).
