Position Overview

This role serves as the Deputy Chief of the Mission Compliance Group (MCG) within the Office of Policy and Strategy (OP&S). The MCG is integral to ensuring that all NRO operations align with national security policies and directives. As the Deputy Chief, you will assist in shaping and executing compliance strategies that support the NRO's overarching mission.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of Mission Compliance policies across the NRO.
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure alignment with NRO objectives.
  • Facilitate resolution of compliance-related issues and disputes.
  • Provide expert support to senior leadership on compliance matters affecting the NRO.
  • Represent the NRO in interagency working groups focused on compliance and policy.
  • Oversee the performance and activities of both government and contractor personnel within the MCG.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in managing government or contractor personnel.
  • Strong understanding of NRO mission programs and capabilities.
  • Ability to navigate complex initiatives involving multiple organizations.
  • Expertise in intelligence disciplines and relevant compliance regulations.
  • Exceptional analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
