Role Summary
As a Manufacturing Associate focused on GFRC fireplace production, you will play an essential role in our manufacturing operations. Your main duty will be to assist in the creation of premium GFRC fireplaces utilizing the spray and pour techniques. This includes preparing concrete mixtures to exact specifications, operating machinery for spraying and pouring concrete into molds, and ensuring the quality and uniformity of the final products. You will collaborate closely with the production team to adhere to timelines, maintain a tidy and organized workspace, and follow safety guidelines. Your meticulous attention to detail, eagerness to learn, and commitment to excellence will be vital to our success.

Education and Experience Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- 1-2 years of experience in manufacturing, construction, or a related field.
- Experience with concrete or similar materials is preferred.
- Familiarity with GFRC production methods.
- Understanding of basic construction principles, particularly regarding concrete and GFRC.
- Knowledge of safety standards and regulations for working with construction materials.
- Proficiency in operating equipment for mixing, spraying, and pouring concrete.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions for concrete batch preparation.
- Experience with spray gun operation and application techniques.
Physical Requirements
- Engaging in physical activities that require significant use of arms, hands, legs, and overall body movement, including lifting, balancing, and operating machinery.
- Performing repetitive motions with hands and fingers, such as grasping and gripping.
- Regularly lifting and carrying weights between 10 to 75 lbs.
