Manufacturing Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Specialist to join our team at Abrasive Technology. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and efficient work environment, ensuring high-quality products, and contributing to the growth and success of our company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily maintenance and cleaning of equipment and facilities.
- Operate machinery and tools, including overhead cranes, to process products and recover grit.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve production goals and maintain a positive work environment.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Adhere to company safety policies and procedures, and report any incidents or concerns.
Requirements:
- No prior experience necessary, with training provided.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with manufacturing software.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
