About the Role
As a Caregiver at Belmont Village, you will play a vital role in providing essential personal support to seniors residing in our Assisted Living and Memory Care community. This position is perfect for individuals who are reliable, detail-oriented, and possess a genuine passion for engaging with older adults.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) in a compassionate manner.
- Promote social interaction and encourage participation in community activities while ensuring the safety and well-being of residents.
- Maintain accurate documentation of care provided and communicate any changes in residents' needs to supervisors.
- Adhere to cleanliness and safety standards in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Provide necessary assistance with personal hygiene and toileting as required.
Requirements
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Proficient in both verbal and written English communication.
- Prior experience as a caregiver or relevant training is preferred.
- Availability to work a defined schedule, including weekends and holidays.

- At least one year of direct care experience in a senior living or healthcare setting.
