Job Description
The primary role of this position is to greet families in the lobby, interact with guests, and provide exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities include:

* Greeting all guests upon arrival
* Directing guests to the appropriate desk or area as needed
* Entering tour guest information into the computer system
* Locating sales representatives and ensuring they have picked up their tours

Required Skills and Qualifications
