Job Summary

The Waldorf Astoria Hotels & Resorts is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Luxury Residential Ambassador to join our team. As a key member of the Residential department, you will be responsible for maintaining a superior clean and well-stocked area and ensuring excellent service consistent with the property's core service standards and brand attributes.

About the Role
  • You will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness of all Residential corridors and public areas and assisting within Residential units when required.
  • Maintain the overall aesthetic cleanliness of the residential common areas and support the residential department to ensure residents' and guests' satisfaction.
  • Perform all duties as deemed necessary for the success of the department.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Minimum two years of experience as a houseperson within a hotel or public/office building.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Team-oriented and possess a pleasant and outgoing personality.
  • Able to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to lift up to 50-100 pounds and stand for extended periods.
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience, plus comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
