About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in handling information related to motor vehicle registration and processing legal documents. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be essential in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process title acquisitions from original owners
  • Make lien payoffs and ensure timely titling/registrations of vehicles
  • Record and maintain new and used inventory on our IDS Accounting System
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years' experience in title work
  • Working knowledge of title requirements in every state of the U.S.
  • Familiarity with DMV rules and requirements
  • Knowledge of loan origination functions and State Tax Codes
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
