$14.75 per hour

Work Hours:
FT (40 Hrs. per Week) Days and hours vary; 2 Days Off per Week

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Retail Key Holder to join our team. As a Retail Key Holder, you will be responsible for maintaining a sanitary, safe, and attractive store environment. You will also assist customers and donors in a friendly and courteous manner, sort, categorize, price, and distribute all donated and purchased goods, and operate the POS system.

Responsibilities:
  • Accurately operate the POS system
  • Maintain and stock merchandise on the sales floor
  • Assist customers and donors in a friendly and courteous manner
  • Sort, categorize, price, and distribute all donated and purchased goods
  • Maintain a sanitary, safe, and attractive store environment
  • Assist the store management team with opening and closing
  • Will be authorized to carry keys to the store and issued an alarm code

Requirements:
  • Ability to operate Electronic Cash Register, Credit Card Draft Capture Terminal, 10-key adding machine, read, write, and good math skills
  • At least 1 year customer service experience dealing with the public
  • Team player mentality is a plus
  • Able to lift 50 lbs. reach 6 ft. (or can with ladder), sufficiently mobile to work assigned schedule, and ability to communicate clearly with customers and associates
  • Must be able to work standing for prolonged periods, and sack purchases
  • Good customer service skills are a must
  • Must be able to train employees in the use of store equipment

Travel Required:
Travel to meetings at Corporate Office or other locations, make bank deposits/change.
