Job Summary:

The Retail Sales Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a visually appealing store environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all guests.
  • Drive sales through effective merchandise presentation, visual merchandising, and sales floor management.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of products, including features, benefits, and pricing.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card sales, and returns.
  • Participate in visual merchandising, including window displays, floor sets, and stockroom organization.
  • Support sales floor operations, including opening and closing procedures, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Requirements:
  • Previous retail experience, preferably in a specialty store.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 35 pounds, and maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom.
