The Construction Grade Supervisor will oversee, coordinate, and schedule a team of 3-15 construction personnel on a daily basis; manage grading operations within the designated area.

Responsibilities:
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Supervising crews within specific project areas
- Scheduling and coordinating the activities of assigned craft workers while ensuring effective communication with other trades
- Interpreting specifications and plans to determine construction requirements and procedures
- Locating, measuring, and marking site locations or the placement of structures or equipment using appropriate tools
- Documenting information such as personnel, production, or operational data on designated forms or reports
- Assisting workers engaged in construction activities using hand tools or other equipment
- Inspecting work progress, equipment, and construction sites to ensure safety and compliance with specifications
- Adhering to safety protocols and maintaining a drug-free work environment
- Training and supervising workers on company policies, safety practices, regulations, and procedures.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience as a Construction Supervisor preferred
- 5-8 years of verifiable experience in construction required
- Proven leadership skills; experience managing teams and subcontractors preferred
- Strong communication skills with crew members, project management, subcontractors, and vendors
- Ability to effectively read and comprehend work plans
- Must be able to climb and maintain balance on scaffolding or ladders
- Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs; may be required to work in various weather conditions.
Must comply with all safety policies and procedures; communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors to ensure projects are completed accurately.
Possess a strong work ethic and eagerness to learn.
Requires good manual dexterity; may involve standing, bending, kneeling, or sitting for extended periods.
Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening.
