We are seeking a meticulous and organized individual to fill the role of Receiving and Shipping Specialist at LGS Technologies. Below are the key responsibilities associated with this position:
Receiving Responsibilities- Authenticate, catalog, and input data for all incoming materials against purchase orders.
- Ensure that received materials align with packing slips and purchase orders on a daily basis.
- Tag incoming materials with an LGS bar code, which includes the date code, lot number, and part number.
- Provide assistance to Inventory and Material Handlers as required.
- Maintain records for purchase orders that have not yet been fulfilled.
- Process all customer orders utilizing various shipping carriers.
- Verify carton labels and shipping documentation.
- Organize the delivery and collection of orders for local customers.
- Complete all necessary shipping paperwork accurately.
This position operates Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Become an integral part of our dynamic logistics team.
