Job Overview:

We're looking for a seasoned project manager to oversee our residential solar projects, ensuring they're completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Plan, schedule, and execute residential solar projects, ensuring timely completion and meeting quality and safety requirements.
  • Work closely with our design, sales, and operations teams to ensure seamless project handovers and aligned customer expectations.
  • Develop project plans, including resource allocation, risk management, and budgeting.
  • Manage project finances, ensuring profitability and delivering quality solar installations.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for homeowners, providing excellent communication and customer service.
  • Collaborate with permitting agencies, utility companies, and local inspectors to ensure regulatory compliance and timely project approvals.
  • Oversee subcontractors and internal teams to ensure adherence to project specifications, safety standards, and quality control measures.
  • Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to maintain project momentum.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, including building codes, safety standards, and environmental policies.
  • Monitor project performance and report on key metrics, such as timelines, costs, and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and mentor junior project managers and installation teams, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in residential solar project management.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
  • Knowledge of residential solar design, installation, and permitting processes.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Estimated Salary:$90,000 - $115,000 per year.
