  • Oversee various tasks and data evaluation processes with minimal supervision, effectively managing time within tight deadlines.
  • Assist in the design, testing, and implementation of processes while identifying automation opportunities.
  • Analyze data from diverse sources, including claims, provider, member, and encounter data, to assess business impacts of identified trends.
  • Create, execute, and maintain scripts and reports utilizing SQL, Microsoft Excel, and other analytical tools.
  • Leverage expertise in quantitative analysis and data mining to interpret data, understanding customer interactions with analytical products.
  • Support multiple organizational functions, effectively communicating insights and findings to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Engage independently with clients and business partners to gather requirements and validate outcomes.
  • Present data-driven insights and recommendations to both internal and external stakeholders, incorporating feedback as necessary.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL and Excel.
  • Knowledgeable in AI and Machine Learning methodologies.
  • Familiarity with programming languages used in database management.
  • Understanding of database architecture and design principles.
  • Strong ethical standards to maintain a healthy work environment adhering to company policies.
  • Quick learner with a creative approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work autonomously and meet established deadlines.

Education and Experience:
  • Experience in database management, data verification, and data governance is essential; experience in Managed Care MA Healthcare is highly desirable.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

Physical Requirements:
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and utilizing a computer.
  • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally.
  • Work primarily conducted in a corporate office environment.
  • No travel is required for this position.

Compensation:

Starting salary at $50,000, negotiable based on experience.


Work Schedule:
  • 8-hour shifts
  • Daytime hours
  • Monday through Friday

Work Environment:
  • In-person work setting.
