Position Overview:

The Glee Club Program Manager works under the guidance of the Associate Professor of Music and serves as the primary support for the Glee Club's activities. This role encompasses a variety of administrative tasks essential for the smooth operation of both on-campus and off-campus performances.

Work Schedule: 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 5:30 PM to 10:30 PM

Core Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main contact for performance inquiries
  • Organize tour schedules and manage venue bookings
  • Coordinate travel logistics and handle expense documentation
  • Facilitate student recruitment, auditions, and alumni relations
  • Assist in event preparation and audiovisual setup
  • Manage financial records and administrative duties
  • Prepare for the upcoming centennial celebration of the Glee Club
Qualifications Required:

A Bachelor's degree along with three years of experience in arts management or professional music. Proficient vocal music skills, including improvisation and sight-reading.
