  • Receive and manage deliveries including packages, plants, and medications, ensuring they are handled according to requests.
  • Maintain accurate records of community key distributions and gate access passes.
  • Support various departments with administrative tasks as needed.
  • Address resident, family, and employee concerns promptly, aiming to achieve high levels of satisfaction.
  • Exhibit a positive and professional attitude towards all residents, visitors, and colleagues.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of three months of relevant experience is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills in English are essential.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, particularly Outlook, Excel, and Word, is required.
  • Demonstrate compassion, professionalism, and a helpful demeanor.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Capability to make independent decisions when necessary.
  • Maintain a friendly and approachable attitude towards residents and coworkers.
