Position Overview

The role of an Andretti Janitor involves anticipating the needs of guests and surpassing their service expectations while contributing to a vibrant and enjoyable environment. All team members are expected to assist guests in various capacities, adhering to the high standards of quality and satisfaction that Andretti Indoor Karting & Games is known for.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors warmly and positively.
  • Conduct general cleaning throughout the facility, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of all outdoor areas, including green spaces and parking lots.
  • Dispose of trash and waste on a daily basis.
  • Organize and replenish supplies in storage areas and closets.
  • Respond to emergency cleaning situations as needed.
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
  • Utilize cleaning chemicals, safety gear, and tools properly.
  • Monitor guests for safety and compliance with guidelines.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the Andretti brand, products, and operational procedures.
  • Communicate effectively and professionally while engaging with guests and colleagues.
  • Perform assigned opening, operational, and closing duties.
  • Prior experience in guest service or hospitality is advantageous.
