Key Responsibilities- Provide direct health care services to Hospice patients and their families
- Manage patient care documentation and electronic medical records
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans
- Supervise and oversee the work of caregivers, such as Hospice Aides and LPNs
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Graduate of a school of nursing
- Washington Registered Nurse License
- Provider BLS – American Heart Association within 30 days of hire
- 2 years of Nursing experience preferred
- 1 year of Hospice, home health, skilled nursing facility, medical/surgical, or oncology experience preferred
