Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse PRN to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care, collaborate with healthcare professionals, and contribute to a safe and healthy environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare providers to deliver comprehensive healthcare services.
  • Partner with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans, ensuring effective outcomes and patient progress.
  • Support the development of health promotion plans and initiatives to enhance patient well-being.
Technical Capabilities
  • Clinical Competency: Possesses sufficient fundamental proficiency to successfully demonstrate nursing interventions in practical applications of moderate difficulty.
  • LPN Care Planning: Participates in the development of the plan of care in consultation with the licensed healthcare team, demonstrating ability to anticipate resource needs and prioritize tasks.
  • LPN Patient Education: Possesses sufficient fundamental proficiency to successfully demonstrate patient education in practical applications of moderate difficulty.
  • Clinical Patient Documentation: Possesses sufficient fundamental proficiency to successfully demonstrate patient documentation in practical applications of moderate difficulty.
