Role Overview
The Lead Financial Analyst is essential in supporting the Technology and Data division, overseeing all capital investments within the organization. This role is accountable for delivering precise data and analysis related to operational and capital budgets, financial variance assessments, and resource allocation. The position is crucial in generating insights that facilitate informed business choices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Produce and present monthly and quarterly analyses, reports, and presentations
  • Perform ad hoc analysis of financial and operational metrics
  • Guarantee accuracy in the documentation of CAPEX and expenditures
  • Formulate projections for budgeting and forecasting initiatives
  • Detect trends within competitive landscapes
  • Handle extensive data sets for analysis and research endeavors
  • Construct financial models for scenario analysis and M&A activities
  • Collaborate with colleagues and various departments
  • Other responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; MBA preferred
  • 4-7 years of experience in Finance and Accounting
  • In-depth knowledge of financial, economic, and accounting principles
  • Strong mathematical and analytical capabilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Hyperion/Oracle/OBIEE, and PowerBi
  • Exceptional communication and critical thinking skills
  • Solid background in Procurement/Project analytics and financial modeling
  • Familiarity with standard business practices
Salary Range: $82,000 - $110,525.00 Annually
