Key Responsibilities- Accounts Receivable Management: Process billing for clients and guests in a timely manner, ensuring accurate and efficient financial transactions.
- Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts receivable, general ledger, and revenue reports.
- Payment Processing: Post payments received towards outstanding receivables and resolve any disputed amounts in a timely fashion.
- Financial Analysis: Review and analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to guests and clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Previous accounting experience, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
