Shift: Night

Compensation: Starting at $19.00+

Key Responsibilities

Are you enthusiastic about working with patients who have complex medical needs? Do you strive to provide an outstanding patient care experience? If so, this role may be ideal for you:

  • Assisting patients with personal hygiene, including bathing, oral care, and grooming.
  • Responding promptly to patient requests and ensuring their comfort and well-being.
  • Engaging in regular patient rounds to monitor their condition.
  • Facilitating patient transport to treatment areas as needed, aiding in safe transfers.
  • Ensuring cleanliness and proper maintenance of medical equipment and patient areas.
  • Keeping patient rooms organized and tidy, including bed-making.
  • Managing supply levels and equipment inventory as instructed.

Qualifications

Candidates should demonstrate a strong understanding of patient care needs, ensuring that every individual feels informed and valued. A commitment to delivering high-quality care and the ability to solve problems creatively in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Minimum Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent, or relevant work experience (3+ years).
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 90 days of hire.
  • Previous experience as a nursing assistant in a hospital setting, certification as a nursing assistant, or relevant experience as a medical assistant or nursing student.

Nursing students may qualify as nursing assistants if permitted by state regulations.
