We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Medical Screener/Phlebotomist to join our team at BioLife Plasma Services. As a Medical Screener/Phlebotomist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our donors while collecting high-quality plasma.
Key Responsibilities- Screen new and repeat donors to ensure their eligibility to donate
- Collect plasma from donors using aseptic techniques and follow established protocols
- Monitor donor vital signs and report any abnormalities to the Plasma Center Manager
- Maintain accurate records of donor information and plasma collection data
- Collaborate with the Plasma Center Manager to identify opportunities for process improvements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift up to 32 pounds and stand for long periods
- 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing role or medical setting preferred
