We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Controller to oversee our accounting operations. This role is pivotal in ensuring the integrity of financial reporting and compliance within our organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive financial performance to enhance overall business outcomes.
- Act as a reliable business partner, providing insights and guidance on financial matters.
- Ensure robust internal controls are in place to safeguard assets and maintain accurate financial reporting.
- Oversee all finance and accounting functions, actively participating in critical tasks.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of accounting policies and procedures.
- Prepare consolidated financial statements and standard monthly and quarterly reports.
- Develop the annual budgeting report and management cost reports.
- Conduct financial analyses for capital investments, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations.
- Manage monthly closing processes, including reconciliations and journal entries.
- Lead the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and operational metrics.
- Engage in special projects, including potential acquisitions and generate various reports.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by senior management.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA and/or CPA preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in a significant corporate environment.
- Experience in a multi-site manufacturing setting is essential.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial statement presentation.
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Able to navigate and manage within a matrix organizational structure.
- Familiarity with product introduction principles.
- Collaborative approach with the ability to work in diverse teams.
- High integrity and dependability, with a strong focus on results.
- Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated with strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to effectively interact with all levels of personnel within the organization.
