  • Lead the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and operational metrics.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA and/or CPA preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in a significant corporate environment.
  • Experience in a multi-site manufacturing setting is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial statement presentation.
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Able to navigate and manage within a matrix organizational structure.
  • Familiarity with product introduction principles.
  • Collaborative approach with the ability to work in diverse teams.
  • High integrity and dependability, with a strong focus on results.
  • Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with strong customer service orientation.
  • Ability to effectively interact with all levels of personnel within the organization.
