About the Position:

  • Conduct research and analysis to inform design decisions
  • Develop user interfaces that are intuitive and safe
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop designs that meet customer needs
  • Test designs to ensure usability and effectiveness

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Factors, Industrial Engineering, or related field
  • 4+ years of experience as a UX Researcher in the medical device industry
  • Expertise in applying standards such as IEC62366, ISO 14971, and HE75
  • Strong understanding of human performance capabilities and limitations
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
