We are seeking a skilled Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator to join our team at Black Orthodontics. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and possess excellent communication skills.
As an Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that patients receive exceptional care throughout their treatment journey. Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate patient consultations, appointments, and treatment plans. You will work closely with our doctors, hygienists, and other staff members to provide a seamless experience for our patients.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate patient consultations, appointments, and treatment plans.
- Communicate effectively with patients, doctors, and other staff members.
- Manage patient records, including charting and documentation.
- Ensure timely completion of tasks and meet productivity standards.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- 1-2 years of experience in a dental or healthcare setting.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
